On behalf of The Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger Board of Directors, it is with great pleasure that we announce that Melody Keim has stepped into the role as the new Executive Director for the Coalition. The selection was made after an extensive but robust search reflecting internally on evaluating the best leadership structure for our organization.
Melody is a widely respected senior leader with over fifteen years experience within the non-profit and philanthropic sectors especially in the areas of hunger, homeless and income disparity. Melody‘s most recent working experience has been as a lead adviser for Five Spires, an advisory practice, the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation as its Executive Director and the Lancaster County Community Foundation as Vice President of Programs and Initiatives.
The Board is confident that Melody’s talents, gifts, leadership skills, and experience as our Executive Director will continue our organization’s success and give vision in shaping the Coalition Against Hunger for generations to come as a community builder where all people have the food they need to live healthy lives.
As the Coalition Against Hunger moves into its next chapter, we have many exciting times ahead. We would ask for your continued support and enthusiasm as Melody transitions into her new role. Her first official day was September 9th, 2019. Please join us in officially welcoming Melody to the Coalition Against Hunger.
