From Chester and points south:

1. Take I-95 North
2. Exit onto I-676 West.
3. Follow directions from I-676 West (see below).

From I-676 West (Vine Street Expressway):

1. Take I-676 W to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway exit (22nd Street, Museum area).
2. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto 22nd Street. Immediately move to your left lane.
3. Turn left onto the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.  Eakins Oval will be in front of you, just in front of the Art Museum. See available parking below.

From Valley Forge, King of Prussia and points west:

1. Take I-76 E to Philadelphia.
2. Exit at right onto Spring Garden Street.
3. At end of exit ramp turn left.
4. Continue through the first traffic light. Eakins Oval will be on your left.  If you bear right from
   the circle onto the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, there is free parking available in the metered spaces on
   the Parkway (see below).

Public Transportation

• NEW THIS YEAR: Regional rail travelers: A special shuttle will run from Suburban Station at 17th and JFK Boulevard (Walgreens at corner) to the Art Museum from 7:30am - 11:30am.

• For travel between South Jersey and Center City, with trains running approximately every 20 minutes on weekends.

Parking

From 8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., meters for on-street parking spaces are free for the following areas :

• On the Benjamin Franklin Parkway from 18th Street (at the Cathedral) to 23rd Street.

• On Pennsylvania Avenue from 22nd Street to 26th Street. Pennsylvania Avenue runs parallel to the Parkway along the tall apartment buildings by the Art Museum.

If you park in these designated areas during this time slot and you get a ticket, please call the Coalition within one week of the Walk and we will try to have the ticket adjudicated.

Potential parking lots/garages in the area:

• Parkway Parklight on Fairmount between 23rd and 22nd Sts.
• Philadelphia Gateway Public Parking on 16th St. between Race and Vine Sts.

Warning: The parking garage located on the West side of the main Art Museum building will cost anyone who is not going to the museum $26. You may want to park somewhere else!
