Ronna Bolante serves as the Coalition’s Communications Manager, responsible for planning and implementing communications initiatives across diverse demographics, including government, donors, community partners and the general public. Prior to joining the organization, she spent six years as a reporter and editor at Honolulu magazine, covering state government and social issues. Her investigative reports and analyses of public education, child welfare and homelessness in Hawaii have garnered multiple awards from the Society of Professional Journalists and the Western Publishers Association. Bolante has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Hawaii.
