Chery's Chili

Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups tomatoes
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp cold water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 - 15 oz can red kidney beans

Preparation

Brown the meat in a skillet, remove and set aside.

Place the onion and celery in pan and cook about 10 minutes. Season with the salt and return meat to the skillet.

Mix tomatoes, chili powder, water, sugar and Worcestershire sauce, then add to the skillet.

Simmer the ingredients together for 30-45 minutes, add the kidney beans and stir together over the heat.

Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
